Kristine Aarre Hånes holds both a law and business degree and has been the managing partner at RettAdvokat since 2004. With a diverse professional background and international experience, she brings a broad perspective to her work. Kristine specializes as legal counsel for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She also has significant expertise in international child abduction, human rights, immigration law as well as child and family law. 

Kristine is listed by the Norwegian Ministry of Justice as a lawyer with special competence in international child abduction cases and is also on the Directorate of Immigration’s list of approved asylum lawyers.
