Kristine Aarre Hånes

Kristine holds a business degree as well as a law degree. At RettAdvokat she primarily acts as counsel for victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse and human trafficking, but has also large breadth of expertise in child and family law and immigration law. Kristine has extensive litigation experience from cases before the District Court, Court of Appeal, the County Social Welfare Board and the Immigration Appeals Board. She is listed on the Ministry of Justice and Public Security’s list of lawyers with special expertise in child abduction. Kristine has a varied professional background, international experience and speaks English, German and Spanish.
