Dorthe Brubak Borgen

Dorthe works as an associate lawyer in RettAdvokat. Her areas of expertise are child and family law, immigration law, criminal law and she also acts as counsel for victims of violence in criminal law cases. Dorthe holds her law degree from the University in Bergen where her thesis dealt with the debate concerning consent requirement in the rape law. She has previously been employed as a caseworker at Jussformidlingen (legal aid initiative) where she mainly worked with labour law, contract law and social security law.
